What You’ll Do

• Consolidate, check, collect, and prepare financial data for budgeting and planning purposes.
• Prepare requests for roll-over, virements, and adjustment budget estimates.
• Conduct monthly forecasting and produce adjusted cash flow reports.
• Coordinate management and monitoring of budget revenue and expenditure trends.
• Authorize journals and oversee the provision of revenue services.

What You’ll Need

• A three-year tertiary qualification in Financial Management or Accounting at NQF level 6 or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in Financial Management and Accounting, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Public Service Regulations, and Treasury Regulations.
• Proficiency in basic accounting systems, cash flow management, budgeting, and expenditure control.
• Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
