What You’ll Do

  • Conduct vetting administration and manage security-related documentation.
  • Verify and capture forms in the Security Vetting Information System (SVIS).
  • Administer safes and keys, ensuring proper security measures are in place.
  • Consolidate clearance certificates or reports from the State Security Agency (SSA).
  • Oversee the screening of all service providers to ensure compliance with security standards.

What You’ll Need

  • A qualification at NQF Level 6 as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority in Security Management or Security Risk Management.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • At least two years of functional experience in Security Management or Information Services.
  • A Grade B PSIRA certificate.
  • Knowledge of the Minimum Information Security Standards, departmental policies, and procedures.
  • Strong skills in leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication, both verbal and written.
