What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation of the Vocational Rehabilitation Programme focusing on Talent Pipeline and Return to Work initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and disseminate necessary information and data for effective programme execution.
- Assist in outreach efforts related to the Vocational Rehabilitation Programme to enhance community awareness and participation.
- Provide administrative support services that ensure the smooth operation of the section and contribute to achieving departmental goals.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) recognized by SAQA in fields such as Public Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 2 years’ functional experience in vocational training and development or within an employability environment.
- Knowledge of project management and stakeholder management principles.
- Familiarity with the objectives and business functions of the Compensation Fund and its compliance with relevant legislation, including the PFMA and National Treasury Regulations.
- Understanding of customer service principles, particularly the Batho Pele Principles.
