The Compensation Fund is seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner: Vocational Rehabilitation Bursaries to join their team in Pretoria. What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation of the Vocational Rehabilitation Programme through effective bursary administration.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and data.
- Assist in outreach initiatives to promote the Vocational Rehabilitation Programme within the community.
- Provide administrative support services to ensure smooth operations of the programme.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in relevant fields such as Public Administration, Business Management, or Human Resource Management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ functional experience in vocational training and development or an employability environment.
- Strong knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and strategic reporting, along with effective communication skills.
