What You’ll Do
- Administer contracts for the Unemployment Insurance Fund, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support during bidding processes, guiding stakeholders in effective procurement practices.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on awarded contracts and tenders, enhancing transparency and accountability.
- Render secretarial functions to the Bid Adjudication Committees, ensuring smooth and organized meetings.
- Supervise human, financial, and material resources within your section, promoting effective resource management.
What You’ll Need
- A tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Purchasing Management, Facility Management, Logistic Management, or Management.
- At least two years of functional experience in an Acquisition Management environment.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including the Unemployment Insurance Act, Public Finance Management Act, and Labour Relations Act.
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management Systems and Bid Processes.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, communication, financial management, and report writing.

Three (3) year’s tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Purchasing Management/ Facility Management / Logistic Management / Management.Two (2) years functional experience in Acquisition Management environment.
