What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the development and maintenance of job descriptions for various posts within the GPAA.
  • Conduct organizational structure investigations and compile reports to support strategic planning.
  • Assist with job evaluations to ensure fair and reliable job grading across the department.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design and development matters to line management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive job description database and register.
  • Render secretariat services, including scheduling job evaluation panel meetings and minute-taking.
  • Manage logistics for the ODD unit, including procurement of services and equipment.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant 3-year National Diploma/Degree in Management Services, Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or HRM.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the Organizational Design and Development environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products and certified job analyst certification.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation processes, Public Service Act, and related regulations.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to build strong working relationships.
