What You’ll Do
- Implement risk analysis and continuously monitor risk factors.
- Ensure compliance with various risk management regulations and standards.
- Provide risk management services to the Labour Centre and Provincial Office.
- Supervise and support team members in the risk management section.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to risk management activities.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Risk Management or Internal Audit (minimum three years).
- At least two years of functional experience in Risk Management.
- Strong knowledge of the Unemployment Insurance Act, Public Finance Management Act, and related legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, report writing, and time management.
- Analytical and planning skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements
Three years’ relevant tertiary qualification in Risk Management / Internal Audit.Two (2) years’ functional experience in Risk Management.
Knowledge: Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations, Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act, Public Finance Management Act, Labour Relations, Basic Conditions of Employment, Batho Pele Principles, Public Service Regulations and Act, Risk Management, Project Management, Criminal Procedure Act.
Skills: Interviewing, Communication, Listening, Computer literacy, Time Management, Analytical, Interpersonal, Report writing, Planning and Organizing.
Job Duties
Implementation of risk analysis and monitoring thereof.Implement risk compliance.
