What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and implement improvement initiatives for the Compensation Fund.
- Provide secretariat support and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Supervise and guide staff to ensure high-quality administrative support.
- Facilitate licensee performance reporting and monitoring.
- Uphold governance and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Management, Public Administration, Office Administration, Business Administration, or Business Management.
- A Chartered Secretariat Certificate is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive or Administration Support roles.
- Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, COIDA, and Batho Pele Principles.
- Strong skills in report writing, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficient in communication, computer literacy, and customer service.
