What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office of the Section Head
  • Manage logistical arrangements, including meeting venues and visitor hosting
  • Maintain accurate records of leave, registers, and files
  • Answer and screen incoming calls to ensure efficient communication
  • Handle correspondence by recording all incoming and outgoing documents
  • Prepare reports, letters, and meeting minutes while ensuring confidentiality
  • Liaise with other sections to facilitate smooth operations
  • Operate standard office equipment, such as photocopiers and computers

What You’ll Need

  • Proven competency in the core functions of administrative support
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant courses in administration will be advantageous
  • Strong computer literacy skills in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Willingness to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours
