About the Opportunity
Transnet is offering a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Non-Technical Learner Programme for 2026, aimed at TVET College students who have completed their N4 to N6 theoretical studies. This programme provides invaluable workplace exposure in Office Management and Human Resources, enhancing your employability through hands-on training, mentorship, and industry-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Participants will engage in various tasks including departmental projects, administrative duties, documentation, data collection, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also have the chance to participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes, developing essential workplace skills.

Requirements/Qualifications
– Matric certificate or equivalent
– Completion of N4 to N6 theoretical subjects in Office Management or Human Resources at a TVET College
– South African citizenship
– Aged between 18 and 35 years
– No bursary obligation with another company
– Recent confirmation letter from your institution
– Certified Matric certificate and ID
