What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Head of the office, including document preparation and correspondence management
- Manage the diary and schedule of the Head for internal and external engagements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and claims for the office
- Maintain an organized filing system and keep track of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Handle routine communication, including emails and telephone calls, ensuring professionalism at all times
- Assist in organizing and supporting meetings and workshops, including managing refreshments for visitors
- Operate standard office equipment and maintain an inventory for the office
- Be available to work extended hours as needed
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) on NQF Level 4
- Proficiency in at least two official languages, one of which must be English
- General computer literacy, including MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and a customer-focused approach
- Must be a South African citizen and provide proof during the interview
