About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support functions within the office
- Type reports, letters, and memoranda while monitoring document flow
- Manage the diary of the Head of the office for internal and external engagements
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and subsistence allowances
- Maintain an organized filing system and distribute correspondence to stakeholders
- Handle routine correspondence and manage communications through email and phone
- Support meetings and workshops by providing necessary logistics and refreshments
- Manage the inventory and ensure the office equipment is operational
- Be willing to work extended hours as necessary
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the post
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- South African citizenship with documentary proof
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant courses in office administration as an added advantage
- General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism
