A company is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Assistant to join their team. This role is based in South Africa and focuses on supply chain administration and support.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with procurement, logistics, and supply chain administrative tasks.
Support daily operational requirements within the supply chain function.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Use ERP systems, such as SYSPRO, to process and track orders.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills to ensure efficient workflow.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Utilise Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data management.

Requirements

Matric or Senior Certificate.
Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or Finance is advantageous.
1 to 3 years’ experience in administration, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with SYSPRO or another ERP system.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
