What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretarial support to the Director, ensuring efficient office management.
  • Manage the Director’s diary, scheduling appointments, and events.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organize meetings and events, including venue booking and logistics.
  • Process travel arrangements and claims for the Director.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and handle correspondence.
  • Draft routine reports and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as leave management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Stay updated on relevant procedures and policies to provide effective support.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with people at different levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with good telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of reliability and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to act with tact and discretion in a professional environment.
