What You’ll Do

• Process creditors’ payments within 30 days to ensure timely financial transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and check supporting documents for authenticity.
• Input invoices into the procurement system accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit paid batches for filing, maintaining organized records.
• Respond to queries related to creditors’ reconciliation and payment processes.
• Handle payment issues related to salaries and verify claims for compliance.
• Maintain a detailed record of payment batches to support financial accountability.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of Grade 12 with two years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management, or a National Diploma/Advance Certificate in SCM or equivalent with one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in procurement systems such as Walker or Logis.
• Knowledge of regulations governing Supply Chain Management, including PFMA and PPPFA.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to support decision-making.
