Salary: R16,000 – R18,000 basic per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Matric certificate (Grade 12) minimum; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Logistics will be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven external sales experience specifically within the Courier, Express Freight, or Logistics industry (this is non-negotiable).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experienced in using CRM systems or sales tracking software.
• The “Hunter” Personality: High energy, resilient, competitive, and self-driven. You don’t wait for business to come to you; you go out and find it.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills in both Afrikaans and English.
• Ability to connect comfortably with business owners, logistics managers, and procurement heads alike.
• : Highly organized with the ability to plan your daily calling and driving routes efficiently.
• Driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (essential for daily client visits).
• A proven history of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets and securing new business (bring your stats!).
