#### Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Centre Internship
– Assist with claimant queries and provide information.
– Facilitate signing of offers and attend outreach events.
– Onboard and register new claims, verify and validate them.
– Perform general office administration and data capturing.

Claims Investigator Internship
– Trace insured drivers and witnesses, obtain statements.
– Draft accident scene sketch plans and conduct inspections.
– Identify and escalate fraud cases, handle PAIA matters.
– Prepare investigation reports and analyze Loss of Support.

#### Requirements/Qualifications

– Certified copy of Grade 12 or Matric certificate.
– B Degree or Diploma at NQF Level 7 for Customer Experience.
– Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Law for Claims Investigator.
– Valid driver’s license for Claims Investigator.
– Certified copies of ID and academic transcripts.
– CV and motivational letter (max 3 pages).
