What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the effective management of records and filing systems within the office.
  • Oversee the handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post.
  • Coordinate the archiving and disposal processes for documents in compliance with legal standards.
  • Implement and enforce information security standards as outlined by relevant regulations.
  • Supervise and manage allocated human, physical, and financial resources effectively.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or a National Certificate (Vocational) on NQF Level 4.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in at least two (2) official languages, including English.
  • Strong computer literacy and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • South African citizenship with proof required at the time of the interview.
  • A clean criminal record with no pending cases.
