What You’ll Do

  • Provide quality clerical support at archives and the registration office
  • Conduct efficient and effective correspondence related to archives and registration
  • Manage and administer personnel files and records
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all classified documents in compliance with the MISS
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to support departmental operations

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4)
  • Proficiency in at least English and one other official language
  • Competence in general computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and extend hours when necessary
  • A commitment to professionalism and accountability
