What You’ll Do
- Provide quality clerical support at archives and the registration office
- Conduct efficient and effective correspondence related to archives and registration
- Manage and administer personnel files and records
- Uphold the confidentiality of all classified documents in compliance with the MISS
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support departmental operations
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4)
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official language
- Competence in general computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and extend hours when necessary
- A commitment to professionalism and accountability
