What You’ll Do
- Open, dispatch, and file incoming and outgoing correspondence numerically.
- Maintain and organize personal files and records to support effective archival functions.
- Receive, withdraw, and dispatch files while ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Handle enquiries and provide assistance to stakeholders regarding correspondence.
- Track, trace, and audit files to protect their integrity and prevent unauthorized access.
- Manage the drawing and dispatching of Brought Forwards and finalize post-filing tasks.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally.
- Excellent planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused attitude and the ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
