What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate case flow management to ensure timely processing of court cases.
  • Provide administrative support to the judiciary, adhering to court rules and regulations.
  • Handle the taxation of bills of costs and manage the issuance of court processes.
  • Initiate court proceedings and coordinate appeals and reviews.
  • Attend to requests from the judiciary regarding case-related matters.
  • Issue and sign court orders and correspondence on behalf of the court.
  • Maintain and analyze the court’s statistics, ensuring accurate submissions.
  • Implement effective administration of court files and records management.
  • Address general public queries and correspondence.
  • Oversee office management, planning, and staff-related HR processes.

What You’ll Need

  • An LLB degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in the legal profession.
  • For MR4: At least eight years of relevant experience.
  • For MR5: A minimum of fourteen years of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Knowledge of case flow management and legislative frameworks governing public service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in planning and organizing, problem-solving, and time management.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
