About the Opportunity
The Road Accident Fund is inviting unemployed graduates aged 18 to 23 to join their Quality Assurance Internship Programme. This program provides a unique chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in quality assurance, claims compliance, and records management.

Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will assist with a variety of tasks including claims-compliance reviews, document management, and quality issue identification. You will also support the administration of queries and complaints, prepare monthly reports, and liaise with stakeholders.

Requirements/Qualifications
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Law, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A diploma or certificate in Quality Management is advantageous. Applicants must be between 18 and 23 years old, possess basic Microsoft Office skills, and be available for the full duration of the internship.

Benefits
