About the Opportunity

The University of South Africa (UNISA), in collaboration with the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP-SETA), is offering a 24-month internship programme. This initiative is designed for nine unemployed UNISA graduates to gain valuable experience in Human Resource Development, Employee Relations and Wellness, and Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will engage in hands-on projects in their respective fields, gaining practical skills and insights. Positions are available in Human Resource Development, Employee Relations and Wellness, and Supply Chain Management, with specific tasks aligned to each department’s needs.

Requirements/Qualifications

Applicants must be South African citizens, aged 35 or younger, with a completed UNISA qualification at NQF Level 6 or higher. Candidates should have no formal work experience in the relevant field and must not have been previously employed by UNISA or any other organization. Strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork are essential.

Benefits

Interns will receive an annual stipend of R127,576, approximately R10,631.33 per month, providing financial support throughout the programme.
