What You’ll Do

• Provide direction and supervision for the implementation of quality nursing care within the Primary Health Care framework.
• Deliver nursing and health care in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Foster constructive working relationships with nursing staff and other stakeholders in the health care environment.
• Efficiently utilise human, material, and physical resources to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in training programs and research activities to improve personal and team skills.
• Maintain workplace discipline and support the development of subordinates in their roles.

What You’ll Need

• Basic R425 qualification or equivalent that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse is mandatory.
• For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years experience in nursing after registration with SANC.
• For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years experience in nursing after registration with SANC.
• Willingness to work after hours and assist in various areas within the facility and other facilities when required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
