What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need
- Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
- Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor’s degree in nursing that permits SANC registration.
- Or a 3-year diploma in nursing that allows registration as a General Nurse.
- Current registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
- For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in nursing post-registration.
- For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ experience in nursing post-registration.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to varying operational needs.
- Competency in leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
