What You’ll Do

  • Refine draft design artefacts in accordance with solution designs.
  • Participate in analysis and design activities throughout solution delivery phases.
  • Facilitate the maintenance and support of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in systems analysis and design within the software development lifecycle.
  • Training in Agile software development methodologies, along with ITIL/COBIT certification.
  • Familiarity with design and project management tools such as MS Project and Visio.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and end-to-end technology operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
