What You’ll Do
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection processes for potential employees.
- Process and approve various service benefits, including leave and housing allowances.
- Provide guidance on the termination of service protocols within the province.
- Monitor the establishment of Human Resources policies and their implementation.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments for employees.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant qualification in Human Resource Management (minimum of three years).
- One to two years of functional experience in Human Resource Management Services.
- A valid driver’s licence is required.
- Strong knowledge of Labour legislations, Public Service Act, and HR-related systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict management skills.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, report writing, and computer literacy.
- Effective planning, organising, supervisory, and time management abilities.

Requirements
Three (3) years relevant qualification in Human Resource Management.One (1)- Two (2) years functional experience doing the Human Resource Management Services.
A valid driver’s licence.
Knowledge: All Labour legislations, Departmental Policies and Procedures, HR related systems, Public Service Act, Batho Pele, Public Service regulations.
Skills: Communication, Presentation, Conflict management, Analytical, Report writing, Computer literacy, Planning and organising, Supervisory, Time Management.
Job Duties
Render the Recruitment and Selection process, Process and approve service benefits e.g.
Leave, housing allowances, acting allowances, etc.
Provide and monitor termination of service at the Province.
Monitor establishment and the implementation of Human Resources policies.
Monitor the payment of salaries.
