What You’ll Do
- Manage the administration of re-appointments for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Oversee the processes for transfers and detached duty assignments.
- Capture and process commuted overtime and allowances, including rural and deep rural incentives.
- Conduct salary audits and assist in the restructuring of OSD packages.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless personnel operations within the health service.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support HR activities and reporting.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
- At least three years of experience in a Human Resource or PSAP Maintenance environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the mainframe system and relevant HR courses.
- Understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulation (PSR), and Treasury Regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and receptiveness to feedback.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to workplace conduct.
