What You’ll Do
- Facilitate and provide administrative support for employee service benefits.

- Capture and maintain accurate personal data on the PERSAL system.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary assistance.
What You’ll Need
- Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
- A certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with departmental policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of HR-related systems, specifically PERSAL.
- Understanding of the Batho Pele Principles and Employment Equity Act.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Analytical, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
