What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional secretarial support to the Executive.
  • Plan and organize meetings, workshops, and other office activities as directed.
  • Ensure documents are accurately recorded, distributed, and tracked in relevant registers and databases.
  • Maintain and update the Brought Forward system and administration database.
  • Verify files against applicable SAPS systems.
  • Draft letters and assist in compiling presentations.
  • Oversee adherence to information security standards as prescribed by relevant laws.
  • Supervise and manage human, physical, and financial resources as allocated.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database at NQF Level 4.
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in at least two official languages, one of which must be English.
  • South African citizenship with documentary proof required on the day of the interview.
  • A clean criminal record with no pending cases.
  • Computer literacy along with strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and developmental courses will be an advantage.
