What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming telephone calls and exercise discretion in forwarding them to the appropriate parties.
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of the CFO’s appointments and engagements.

- Maintain office equipment and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
- Organize travel arrangements and manage the leave register for the office.
- Compile reports, minutes, and briefing notes for meetings.
- Assist in monitoring budget expenditures and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address inquiries and requests.
- Ensure the safekeeping and organization of documentation in compliance with policies.
What You’ll Need
- A Secretarial Diploma (NQF 6) or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in providing support to senior management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer applications and financial administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
