What You’ll Do

  • Provide secretariat support services to the Chief Director and Director(s)
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for meetings and events
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration, Public Management, or a relevant qualification
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Act and regulations, as well as exposure to POPIA and PAIA
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other digital tools
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
