What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Chief Directorate.
- Manage the Chief Director’s diary and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for important documents.
- Handle telephone enquiries and ensure effective communication flow.
- Monitor and manage the Chief Directorate’s budget responsibly.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Secretarial/Office Management or Management Assistant as recognized by SAQA.
- At least 1 year of experience in Office Management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the legislative framework governing public service, including the Public Service Act and Labour Relations Act.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in computer literacy and able to manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure with a keen attention to detail.
