What You’ll Do
- Provide secretarial support to the Directorate, ensuring efficient office operations
- Assist in coordinating logistical arrangements for meetings and events
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation and report preparation
- Support the Directorate with various administrative duties to facilitate smooth operations
- Maintain effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders
What You’ll Need
- A National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration, Public Management, or relevant qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Understanding of the Public Service Act and regulations, along with exposure to POPIA and PAIA
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with government systems and emerging digital tools
