What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate Primary Health Care services, ensuring quality nursing care.
  • Implement and oversee mobile health services in conjunction with fixed facilities.
  • Supervise nursing staff, manage performance, and address personnel matters.
  • Oversee health programs such as Comprehensive Health and School Health initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and timely submission of health reports.
  • Organize efficient and cost-effective daily operations within the clinic.
  • Engage with the community and participate in relevant outreach initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • Basic R425 qualification or equivalent that allows registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC.
  • A post-basic nursing qualification in Clinical Nursing Science or a 4-year Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant nursing experience post-registration, with 5 years in a specialized field.
  • A valid code 8/EB driver’s license and willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Strong computer literacy and knowledge of nursing legislation, financial policies, and human resources.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
