What You’ll Do

  • Develop and interpret proposals related to community development policies.
  • Conduct and facilitate complex research to inform community development initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate three-year tertiary qualification in Community Development Studies (NQF level 7).
  • A minimum of 10 years of recognized experience in Community Development after obtaining the required qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience specifically in community policy development.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
