Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Financial Advisor to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, providing holistic financial planning solutions, building long-term client relationships, and achieving agreed sales and production targets while maintaining the highest ethical and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and business development initiatives.
Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of qualified prospects.
Identify client financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop strategic relationships with professionals such as accountants, attorneys, estate agents, and business owners.
Conduct financial wellness presentations for companies and organisations.

Minimum Requirements
RE5 qualification (Essential)
NQF Level 5 qualification in Financial Planning or equivalent
FSCA Fit and Proper requirements, e.g. Class of Business
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in financial services sales
Proven sales track record
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
Computer literacy (MS Office, good working laptop with a minimum Ram 8gig)
Clear criminal and credit record
