Koedoespoort, Pretoria: MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER (HANDYMAN)
Minimum Requirements:
-Reliable Afrikaans speaking male with sober habits, aged 45-60 years maximum
-Healthy & medically fit, and able to do physical tasks (climbing of ladders, install extractor fans etc.)
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must
-Recent maintenance project management / handyman experience within Building Industry a must, with good general knowledge of building regulations
-Pro-active, hands-on approach and willing to actively assist with physical tasks and duties
-Clear criminal record
-Must reside in Pretoria Moot area
-Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle a must
-Stable employment record and contactable References
Duties:
-Full end-to-end project management function
-Supervision and hands-on management of maintenance projects (concreting driveway, extractor fans installations, building projects)
-Oversee building contractor, electrician and maintenance workers
-Lead, supervise and actively assist with duties where required
-Project planning, implementation & management
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience (Market related)
