About the Opportunity
Join the Inxuba Yethemba Municipality’s Corporate Services Department as one of four interns in the ICT and Registry Internship Programme. With two positions available in each field, successful candidates will engage in a two-year contract, earning a monthly stipend of R5,000. This programme is based in Cradock and Middelburg, Eastern Cape, providing a unique chance to contribute to local government operations.

Key Responsibilities
– ICT Internship: Provide technical support, troubleshoot network and computer issues, install and configure software, and maintain LAN connectivity.
– Registry Internship: Manage mail and records, establish filing systems, operate scanners, and convert records to digital formats.

Requirements/Qualifications
– ICT Internship: Grade 12, a degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, and NQF Level 6 qualification. CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA certifications are advantageous.
– Registry Internship: Grade 12 or NCV NQF Level 4, National Diploma in Public Administration or Records Management, and NQF Level 6 qualification.
