What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Public Administration, Public Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, Social Science, Risk Management, Auditing, Accounting, or Legal at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
  • No prior experience required, but candidates must not have participated in any internship program in the public or private sector before.
  • Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles and the Fund’s policies and procedures is essential.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the Skills Development Act and the Public Financial Management Act is advantageous.
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills, alongside effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in computer literacy is a must.
