What You’ll Do
- Assist with inbound and outbound call services to provide information and support to clients.
- Support the helpdesk services by addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain and update the employer database to ensure accurate information is available for processing claims.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve client experiences.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with the Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Contact Centre Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Administration Management, Public Administration, or Financial Management at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
- A strong understanding of the Unemployment Insurance Act and Regulations.
- Familiarity with Batho Pele Principles to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Proficiency in a Call Centre Operating System is advantageous.
- Excellent computer literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Telephone etiquette to ensure professional interactions with clients.
