What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement planning for the Medical Gas Division.
- Collect, log, and track repair requisitions to ensure timely responses.
- Assist in ordering and controlling workshop materials, gases, and tools.
- Manage contractors and contracts, ensuring effective communication with Engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and perform necessary administrative tasks.
- Liaise with relevant personnel to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Evaluate, monitor, and advise on equipment suitability and costs of repairs.
What You’ll Need
- National Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Electromechanical fields.
- Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Engineering Technician is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in the field after obtaining the necessary educational qualification.
- A valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to write specifications.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills, particularly in the Medical Gas field.
