What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support hardware and software infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Manage server maintenance and user account configurations.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of special ICT projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to investigate and implement hardware and software solutions.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Microsoft server environment.
• In-depth knowledge of server operating systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
