What You’ll Do
- Maintain and support hardware and software infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Manage server maintenance and user account configurations.

- Contribute to the planning and execution of special ICT projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to investigate and implement hardware and software solutions.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Microsoft server environment.
- In-depth knowledge of server operating systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure and governance.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license is required for this role.
