What You’ll Do

  • Verify information on leave application forms and process leave requests.
  • Manage applications for medical boards, service terminations, and pensions.
  • Maintain and submit various HR reports and statistical data.
  • Process employee transfers and promotions, ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary enquiries, forwarding appropriate cases for further action.
  • Capture and process Performance Enhancement Process (PEP) information for compliance.
  • Assist with the annual processing of employee incentives and rewards.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Competency in the core functions of the role and proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
  • A customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
