What You’ll Do
- Implement and manage HR policies to ensure compliance across various HR functions.
- Administer employee relations, including leave, service terminations, and injuries on duty.
- Handle labour relations and maintain accurate data regarding disciplinary cases.
- Support recruitment processes, including the hiring of entry-level trainees and issuing appointment certificates.
- Nominate employees for health and wellness programs to promote a healthy work environment.
- Ensure proper documentation and updates in the SAPS Disciplinary systems as per regulations.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years’ experience in human resources or a related field.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- An applicable three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official South African language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with general computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong planning and organizational skills.
