What You’ll Do
- Verify information on leave application forms to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Process and finalize leave applications efficiently
- Update and maintain leave registers and the leave management system
- Organize and manage an effective filing system for HR documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence relevant to HR functions
- Administer the brought forward system for leave management
- Open and update files as necessary to support HR operations
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- At least four years of relevant experience in human resources or administration
- A three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be considered a significant advantage
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable prescripts in the Public Service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in general computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to act independently, professionally, and accountably
