What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the capturing of PEP documents in the PERSAP system for employees across salary levels 1 to 12.
- Conduct inspections and verify PEP information captured for assessments of employees.
- Organize and carry out PEP audits and assessments to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Assist in providing practical training sessions to employees regarding PEP processes.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Take minutes during meetings and prepare itineraries for the section.
- Support the consolidation of reports on terminated employees within the salary levels specified.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- At least four years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- A relevant three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and one other official South African language.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical, planning, and organizing skills, along with problem-solving capabilities.
- A valid driver’s license for a light motor vehicle is advantageous.
