What You’ll Do
- Provide typing services and manage office documentation related to human resource functions.
- Offer comprehensive secretarial and administrative support for your section.
- Assist in managing conflicts and enhancing labour relations across the province.
- Help address grievances and ensure that employee concerns are managed effectively.
- Maintain an organized filing system to improve the efficiency of the department.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a related field.
- An applicable three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with general computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
