What You’ll Do
- Facilitate workshops to educate staff on the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS).
- Receive and accurately record the submission of PMDS documents from employees.
- Implement outcomes of performance evaluations to ensure ongoing employee development.
- Manage competency assessments for Senior Management Service (SMS) members.
- Handle grade progression for both Non-OSD and OSD employees, ensuring fairness and compliance with regulations.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
- Exposure to Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) processes is advantageous.
- Familiarity with registry duties and data capturing.
- Proficiency in operating a computer and understanding of the legislative framework governing public service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal relations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
