What You’ll Do
- Implement human resource administration practices including recruitment and selection
- Manage and implement various conditions of service such as leave, housing, and medical assistance
- Facilitate the performance management function within the department
- Address human resource administration enquiries from staff and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and data related to human resource functions
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of PERSAL and HR information management systems
- Understanding of registry duties and data capturing
- Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Ability to organise, plan, and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to tasks

Requirements
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.No experience required.
Knowledge: PERSAL, HR information management systems, knowledge of registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer, working knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service, knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment, understanding of the work in registry.

Job Duties
